Sr. Manager HR Generalist Role with a Reputed Real Estate Group

Reports To - Associate Vice President - Human Capital | Puravankara Limited

Location: Phoenix Marketcity, L.B.S. Marg, Kurla (West),

Working Days 2nd and 4th Saturday Holiday.

Individual Contributor Role.

*JD Key Responsibilities
Manage sourcing and structured onboarding.
Handle induction, Preparing Offer letter, employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Oversee performance management systems (PMS) and periodic appraisals.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage exit interviews.
Execute HR policies and align human capital strategy with regional business goals
Training, HRIS, Organizational Development, Orientation.
Experience working into Darwin BOX Mandatory.

Preferred candidate profile
8 to 12+ years of core HR generalist and talent management experience.
Prior work background within real estate, construction, or rapid-paced corporate sectors preferred.
Robust communication, stakeholder management, and statutory compliance knowledge.
Experience working into Darwin BOX Mandatory.
