Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts and design proposals.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation.
Create plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and working drawings.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
Review drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.
Coordinate with contractors and project teams.
Assist with material selection and design specifications.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
Support project planning, approvals, and documentation.

Required Skills
AutoCAD and architectural design software.
Revit / SketchUp / 3D visualization tools.
Robust design and technical drawing skills.
Knowledge of building codes and construction practices.
Project coordination and site supervision.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
