Roles and Responsibilities
Manage direct channel sales activities to achieve targets in Punjab & Haryana region.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying prospects for upselling and cross-selling life insurance products.
Identify recent business prospects through market research, networking, and referrals.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate customers about our offerings.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
