State MME Associate, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary

We are looking for a self-driven State MME Associate to strengthen and manage our measurement and monitoring processes in Uttar Pradesh. The base location of the selected candidate(s) will be at Barabanki district and this may be changed if required. The primary set of roles and responsibilities of a State MME Associate have been detailed below:

Responsibilities
Assist with creation of effective Data Collection, Data Management, Dissemination, Monitoring & Feedback systems for the program.
Plan and train the implementation team on formats and data entry systems.
Make field visits to monitor the program implementation process and to support the field team in implementation.
Provide proactive, real-time feedback to the implementation team on various program and data collection issues based on regular monitoring of the program processes.
Ensure accurate and timely data collection.
Analyse data, create reports, and disseminate findings to state and central teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Support various internal pilots, surveys, and evaluations within the state.

Qualification, Skills, and Experience
Interest in the social sector,



with the initiative and motivation to drive a program forward with data-based evidence.
Bachelor s degree in any relevant discipline (Candidates with relevant experience and solid skills may also be considered, even if they do not meet all formal qualification requirements).
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the relevant field but freshers having adequate knowledge and skill will be considered.
Proficiency in MS Office Applications, specifically in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Robust written and verbal communication skills in Hindi or English. Knowledge of Assamese or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
Robust analytical skills and ability to share qualitative feedback.
Planning and time management.
Willingness to travel to different locations.
Willingness to interact with different stakeholders in a program and give feedback to them accordingly.
