Job Responsibilities
Handle customers professionally and understand their vehicle service & repair requirements.
Prepare accurate job cards and explain service requirements, estimates, and timelines to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure timely completion of work.
Keep customers updated regarding vehicle status, additional repairs, and delivery timelines.
Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Handle customer queries and complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Explain completed work, service charges, and maintenance recommendations during vehicle delivery.
Maintain proper service records and follow dealership processes and standards.





What Were Looking For
2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership/workshop.
Good knowledge of vehicle servicing and basic automobile technical aspects.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and other departments.
Customer-focused, confident, and target-oriented attitude.
