Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of customer projects from sample submission to commercialization.
Drive Stage-Gate project management and ensure timely milestone completion.
Coordinate with internal teams - R&D;, T&D;, Production, QA/QC, SCM, Procurement, and BD.
Prepare and monitor project plans, timelines, risks, and mitigation actions.
Ensure OTIF delivery and proactively resolve project bottlenecks.
Conduct project review meetings and provide status updates to customers and management.
Track action items and ensure cross-functional accountability.
Prepare dashboards and project presentations for leadership.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project or similar project management tools.

Qualification: B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering preferred) / M.Sc. (Chemistry), MBA (desirable). PMP or Agile certification will be an added advantage.

Nature of Experience:
5 - 7 years of project management experience in a CDMO manufacturing setting preferably in Agrochemicals / Specialty chemicals / Pharma industry.
