Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day assembly line operations.
Allocate manpower and monitor workforce productivity.
Ensure achievement of daily production and assembly targets.
Monitor assembly processes and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Ensure quality standards and inspection requirements are followed.
Identify production issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Coordinate with maintenance for machine and equipment-related issues.
Monitor material availability and coordinate with stores.
Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.
Ensure workplace safety and 5S standards.
Train and guide assembly operators.
Monitor rejection, rework, downtime, and productivity.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for continuous improvement.
