Job Description :

We are looking for a Deputy Manager Global HR Operations to manage HR operations and employee lifecycle activities across international entities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Global HR Operations across multiple international locations.
Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle management onboarding, transfers, promotions, changes and exits.
Manage global employee data, HR records and documentation.
Handle HRIS / HR systems, data updates, workflows and reporting.
Prepare global HR MIS, dashboards and headcount reports.




Coordinate with overseas HR teams, business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Support global mobility / international assignments and related HR documentation.
Ensure adherence to global HR policies, SOPs and processes.
Drive process standardization, improvement and automation across Global HR Operations.
Support HR audits and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
