About the Role

We are hiring TeleSales Associates for a premium B2B process with PolicyBazaar, one of India's leading online insurance and financial products marketplace. This role is centered on lead-based calling only candidates will connect with pre-qualified business clients, understand their requirements, and pitch relevant solutions with a consultative, qualified approach.

This is not a cold-calling role. We are looking for candidates with decent communication skills and a cool, composed mindset who can confidently engage and convince business clients.

Key Responsibilities
Handle B2B lead-based calls (no cold calling) to connect with business clients
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions professionally
Build trust and rapport with business clients through consultative conversations
Convert qualified leads into successful business outcomes
Maintain a calm, patient, and qualified approach while handling client queries and objections
Achieve individual sales targets consistently

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales (Hardcore Sales background preferred)
Decent verbal communication skills
Calm, confident,



and convincing mindset suited for B2B client interactions
Graduate or Undergraduate can apply (as per client norms)
Comfortable working in a target-driven, day-shift setting
Maximum Age: 29 Years
Open to both Male and Female candidates

What We Offer
Fixed CTC: Up to 35,000 per month
Incentives: Unlimited earning potential no capping
Shift: Day shift only, with rotational weekly offs
Process: B2B, lead-based no cold calling involved
