Job Summary

As part of the Contract Management and sales operating model, collaborates closely with Area Sales and GSC functions to deliver end-to-end execution of sales support tasks and commercial activities, ensuring seamless and effective service delivery. Executes core sales support transactional and standardized tasks in line with IOPs Coordinates activities related to filings, non-tender quotations, and data corrections to ensure operational accuracy and timeliness and adapting to the changing environment regarding task blueprint and roles responsibilities

Purpose of the role

This role is responsible for providing end-to-end sales support and administration by executing transactional activities accurately and in line with established processes. The incumbent collaborates with sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations, resolve issues, and drive process improvements. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, analyzing customer feedback, supporting customer-specific solutions, and managing multiple priorities to meet business objectives and timelines.





You will be responsible for
Managing assigned customer accounts and supporting sales activities to meet business targets
Understanding customer requirements and providing suitable solutions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Communicating market trends, pricing updates, and policy changes
Identifying and developing recent business opportunities
Conducting market and competitor analysis
Maintaining accurate and timely updates in CRM systems
Handling French-speaking customers and supporting sales in French (B2 certified fluency required)

Qualifications
Graduate of any bachelors degree.
Fluent in English with positive communication skills.
