Position Title: Team Member Legal

Job Location: One International Centre, Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Job Purpose:

This position will be responsible for providing effective handling of legal matters of CFI Sector. To take independent charge of the assigned units (CFI) to provide legal assistance and take responsibility of management of legal and compliance risk in the units. Take recent initiative and projects assigned. Contract management, legal advice, legal strategies, dispute resolution, brief lawyers and counsels.

Key Result Area:
Management of Litigation:

Review and prioritize pending litigation matters during the performance year, take proactive steps for early listing, effective follow up with counsel, and pursue timely disposal or resolution of such matters, with periodic status updates to management.
Review and drafting of commercial contracts:

Partner closely with business teams on projects and transactions to proactively identify and mitigate risks. Provide timely, solutionoriented legal advice on transactions and business issues.

Draft, review, and finalize endtoend transaction documents (commercial, EPC, technology, renewables, land, MoUs/NDAs).





Ensure strong TAT through standardization, transparent timelines, and stakeholder alignment, and deliver posttransaction support to ensure seamless business continuity. Support in implementing Contract Management System in CFI sector.
Audits :

To audit the units, update and understand the compliances currently maintained at the business with support of the unit legal teams.

To highlight the key issues and concerns in the units post the Audit. Ensure follow up and support towards closure of audit points.
Trainings :

Keep track of the changes in laws and judicial pronouncements on continuous basis.

Conduct workshops and attend regular meetings with the internal stakeholder to understand the current business initiatives and update the business on changes in relevant laws. Impart trainings to stakeholders.
