Key Responsibilities

Power Electronics with verification and validation experience

Design and develop power converter topologies including Buck, Boost, Flyback, LLC, PSFB, DAB, Half-Bridge, and Full-Bridge converters.

Perform power stage design, magnetic design, component derating, thermal analysis, and worst-case analysis.

Design gate drivers, sensing circuits, protection circuits, snubbers, and auxiliary power supplies.

Support schematic development, PCB layout reviews, and hardware bring-up activities.

Conduct debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization during prototype validation.

Collaborate with firmware, PCB, mechanical, and testing teams.

Drive technical discussions with customers and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills

Robust fundamentals in power electronics and analog hardware design.

Hands-on experience with LTspice, MATLAB/Simulink, PSIM/PLECS, SIMPLIS.

Experience with MOSFET, SiC/GaN, gate driver, sensing, and EMI/EMC considerations.

Understanding of PCB layout practices for high-voltage and high-power applications.

Familiarity with TI C2000 and digital power control is an added advantage.
