We are looking for a creative, social-savvy Video Editor who lives and breathes short-form content. If you know what makes a Reel stop the scroll and you're used to turning raw clips into snappy, high-energy videos. Let's talk.

We need someone who understands personal branding and personal style. You will need to understand what brand marketing and how social media trends work. WE LIKE SOMEONE WHO CAN THINK CREATIVELY AND CREATE COMPELLING CONTENT.

About the Role

You'll be creating and editing Reels and short-form videos that grab attention and drive engagement. This is a great fit for someone early in their career with fresh ideas, solid instincts for trends, and the hustle to keep content flowing.

You will need to understand trends, work on the branding of two startup founders, and manage multiple lines of business marketing.

What You'll Do
Edit and produce Reels, shorts,



and other short-form videos
Stay on top of trending audio, formats, and content styles
Turn raw footage into polished, on-brand videos with a quick turnaround
Add captions, transitions, effects, and music that fit each platform
Collaborate on ideas and bring a creative eye to every project

What I'm Looking For
Hands-on experience editing Reels / short-form content (share your work!)
Proficiency with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
A robust sense of pacing, trends, and what performs on social media
Self-starter energy; you know what to do and just get it done
A portfolio or samples of your work

Salary: 25,000-30,000/month
