Co-ordination value addition in schematic design development stage

Responsibilities
Finalization of specifications Amenities.
Coordination for timely receipt of all working drawings
Monitor/Review progress of work
Identify the future road blocks and address the issues
Create data bank for all types of consultant
Coordination with contracts team for timely appointment of consultants.
Conducting site visits and meetings and identifying highlighting the roadblocks stakeholders.
Ensure site execution as per define specifications
Preparation of sales presentation, sales Plan further handover
RERA inputs RERA should be updated as per latest drawings.
Review of drawings and documents needed for sanction through local authorities
Review of drawings and documents needed for EC purpose
Ensure execution friendly methodologies to FastTrack construction process.
Market research for current materials technologies.
Specification optimization




Ensure performance of all team members is documented submit monthly documented
Knowledge of approvals (Building approval, EC, MOD, MHADA, etc.)
All reports Timely submission, Correct formats, reporting accuracy

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institute.
5+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the real estate sector.
Robust portfolio showcasing large-scale residential and commercial projects.
Expertise in design software
In-depth knowledge of local bye-laws, NBC, DCR, and real estate regulatory frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
