Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and analyze user needs to create intuitive digital experiences.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to refine user experiences.
Apply principles of usability, information architecture, and design thinking to create engaging products.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
Work with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create high-quality designs.
Stay updated with the latest UX trends, methodologies, and best practices in IT services.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think critically.




Understanding of user-centered design principles and how they apply to IT solutions.
Ability to translate complex workflows into easy and intuitive user interfaces.
Familiarity with UX research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (a plus but not mandatory).
Good communication and collaboration skills in a rapid-paced IT services environment.
