Associate Corporate Action Analyst (6 months Fixed Term Contract)

Responsibilities
Processing of all Corporate Action events -both Mandatory and Voluntary within IG systems
Sending Client emails describing corporate action events and election choice
Collation of Client instructions
Preparation of Client Bookings
Posting of Client Dividends, across product ranges in different IG systems - Synthetic Dividend reconciliation
Handling client queries and queries from helpdesk-Processing of Stock Transfers
Update of IG internal systems accurately
Resolving reconciliation issues arising out of Corporate Action events
Versatile with Rotational Shifts (9 AM to 6 PM Shift and 12 PM to 9 PM Shift and 8PM to 5AM)

Requirements
Basic understanding of various Corporate Action events




Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
Familiarity with the risks associated with corporate action events including client money
Ability to work with a outstanding deal of attention to detail
Ability to work in a team
Positive communication skills
Should be able to go beyond the roles and responsibility and should be able to help
Excellent organizational skills
