Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our HR team as HR Executives. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in recruitment and human resources.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Any
Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
Support onboarding and documentation activities.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.

Requirements
Freshers/01 year experience can apply.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.




Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Robust interpersonal and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and build a career in HR.
