Role & responsibilities

Preparation of MEP estimates, BOQs and quantity take-offs
Rate analysis, project costing and budget monitoring
Client billing and subcontractor/vendor billing
Verification of measurements, bills and invoices
Material reconciliation and consumption analysis
Coordination with site/project execution teams
Estimation and billing for HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Plumbing and ELV works
Preparation of variation/deviation statements and claims
Maintaining relevant billing and contract documentation

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in MEP estimation, costing and billing
Experience in building/construction projects preferred
Solid working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD
Valuable understanding of MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs and quantity measurement
Ability to independently handle estimation, billing and material reconciliation
