Role & Responsibilities
Build and maintain solid relationships and rapport with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants across East & West Pune.
Generate and manage quality leads through channel partner networks and other sourcing channels.
Coordinate with channel partners to understand customer requirements and drive property/site visits.
Accompany or coordinate site visits with prospective customers and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Follow up with leads and customers throughout the sales cycle to improve conversions.
Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the business network.
Regularly engage with existing channel partners to generate repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly sourcing, lead generation, site visit and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, channel partners, follow-ups and conversions.
Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure timely closure and effective lead management.
Stay updated on the local real estate market, competitor projects and customer preferences.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sourcing,
channel sales, business development, or a similar role.
Strong existing network and rapport with channel partners/property consultants in Pune will be highly preferred.
Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Strong local market knowledge of East or West Pune.
Target-oriented, proactive and comfortable with customer interactions and site visits.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners.
Candidates with a strong local broker/channel partner network will have an added advantage.
