Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite/Remote)

Job Description:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects. Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience managing sprint cycles. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to translate complex logic into explicit, actionable tasks for technical and non-technical team members. Experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project tracking systems. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of all initiatives under Mobile App and MBW.

Team Alignment:

Ensure the entire team understands project goals, sprint scope, and logic behind key features. Documentation Management:



Maintain and continuously update the logic document to reflect the latest requirements, design decisions, and dependencies.

Sprint Planning & Review:

Lead sprint planning sessions, walk the team through logic and expectations, and ensure progress is tracked through the project boards.

Timeline Management:

Define and enforce strict delivery timelines while proactively identifying risks and mitigation plans. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, QA, and design teams to ensure alignment and smooth handoffs.

Stakeholder Communication:

Provide regular updates to leadership and other stakeholders on progress, challenges, and next steps.

Quality & Accountability:

Ensure high standards of execution by promoting discipline, ownership, and follow-through across the team
