Role Responsibilities:

1) Preparing the daily accounts and financial records
2) Accounting Monitoring for daily payments, daily income/sales and prepare daily journal entry
3) Reconcile bank account for Solar business
4) Co-ordinate and Communicate with Project teams on solar projects, systems
5) Prepare authorized payments/ expenses/ store vouchers
6) Prepare daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports
7) Assist in preparation of monthly balance sheet schedules
8) Prepare the documents for Bank disbursement for loans, Other agreements BG, LC, Foreign Remittance Etc.
9) Ensuring Statutory compliances in terms of Service Tax TDS
10) Adhering to Internal Compliance guidelines
11) Documentation Management
12) General Correspondence and Communication
13) Performing periodic reconciliations of selected ledger accounts on a monthly or quarterly basis.
14) Preparation of Cash Flow, Budget, Profit Loss Account and Balance sheet

Ensure compliance

Skills Knowledge (Technical Competencies ) required for the position

Knowledge of Microsoft office i.e. Word, Excel, power point. Accounting, TDS, VAT, Service Tax, Tally Accounting Software SAP.

Proficient end user computing skills and proven application of MS Excel and Word

Salary: INR 4,00,000 7,00,000 P.A.
