Reporting to: Manager Human Resource/ Sr. Manager HR

Role & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT (Manufacturing) roles.
Utilize specialized job boards and sourcing strategies to identify and attract niche technical talent.
Handle technical recruitment specifically for the manufacturing industry.
Manage high-volume hiring requirements efficiently.
Coordinate with clients to clearly understand hiring requirements and expectations.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders through calls and emails, and collect ongoing

feedback.
Maintain and manage MIS reports and employee databases.
This role includes 80% Recruitment and 20% Operations
Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiations, and follow-ups until joining.
Prepare and release offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related official documents.
Manage pre-boarding, onboarding formalities, document verification, and joining formalities.
Plan and conduct employee induction and orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.




Maintain regular communication with stakeholders through calls and emails, providing hiring updates and

collecting feedback.
Build and maintain robust stakeholder relationships to ensure timely closure of positions.
Maintain employee records, recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and HR databases with accuracy.
Support HR operations by ensuring compliance with documentation and HR processes.
Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and associate delight initiatives to

enhance employee morale and workplace culture.
Assist in implementing employee retention and engagement initiatives.
Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 45 years ofrecruitment experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Heavy Industries, or

Consultancy.
Proven experience in volume hiring.
Experience in junior to mid-level hiring.
Robust communication skills are mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Excel.

Educations
Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline)
