Role & responsibilities
BCA/ MCA, Science graduate/ Diploma in Information Technology with relevant experience of work.
Thorough knowledge of IT inventory management and ManageEngine application
End User Operation Support & Troubleshooting of Client Machines/systems via remote access and In office
Knowledge of the Ticketing tool system and exposure and Coordination experience with OEMs to resolve various issues.
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network and local printers and scanners.
Repairing & troubleshooting of IT hardware-related issues, including Thin clients, CPUs, Desktops, Tablets, AIOS, Laptops, etc.
Barcode Printer Support installation & Configuration (Zebra thermal printers, TSC ME 240, Printronix, and Avery Dennison 5.4) etc.
Plotter support via vendor management (HP, Hanbond plotters, Richpeace, Gerber)
Intranet App/ Vendor Apps Support and configuration (such as Java Oracle setup, compatibilities as per the requirement of the modules, ERP App/Infor, etc)
