Role & responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment activities in ATS or recruitment trackers.
Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs, turnaround times, and hiring targets.




Stay updated on current IT technologies, market trends, and hiring practices.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience (or) knowledge in IT recruitment.
Fresher with good communications can apply.
Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven setting.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
