Senior Java Developer

Location: Chennai – Chengalpattu

Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (Mandatory)

Experience: 5–15 Years

Required Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Java 11 and above
- Strong experience in Spring Boot
- Development and integration of RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Hands-on experience with JPA / Hibernate
- Robust experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience with Unit Testing , preferably JUnit / Mockito
- Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP
- Good understanding of backend application development and SDLC

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and maintain scalable Java backend applications
- Develop and integrate REST APIs using Spring Boot
- Implement database solutions using PostgreSQL, JPA and Hibernate
- Write efficient and optimized SQL queries
- Develop unit tests and ensure code quality
- Troubleshoot application issues and support production environments




- Work with cloud technologies such as AWS or GCP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices

Candidate Profile
- Strong background in Java backend development
- Experience building Spring Boot / REST API / microservices applications
- Good understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Strong hands-on experience with JPA/Hibernate and PostgreSQL
- Good understanding of unit testing and clean coding practices
- Experience with AWS or GCP is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a 5-day Work From Office environment in Mahindra World City, Chengalpattu
