We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Nigara Solutions Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with products and equipment.
Conduct site visits to diagnose problems and perform repairs or installations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for customer complaints.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and product releases to improve service delivery.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
