HonorVet Technologies, a US-Based Veteran-Owned Staffing Agency, is looking for an experienced and agile Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen their Indian HR function.

About the Role

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for an HR professional who can effectively manage the complete employee lifecycle while partnering with leadership to build a high-performing and employee-focused organization.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR operations, administration and employee lifecycle management
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
- Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Manage performance management and appraisal processes
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements
- Coordinate HR reporting, analytics, payroll inputs, and employee records




- Partner with senior leadership on people strategy and organizational growth
- Lead training, learning, and talent development initiatives

Qualifications

- MBA/master’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred

Required Skills

- 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Manager or leadership role
- Strong experience in end-to-end HR operations and people management
- Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on with day-to-day HR operations
