Senior Manager – Human Resources (HR)

Key Responsibilities****HR Operations & Strategic Execution

- Execute HR strategies, policies, and SOPs defined by the Head – HR
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across corporate offices and branch offices
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR processes, policies, and governance standards
- Strengthen and standardise HR processes, SOPs, and HRMS adoption across the organisation
- Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organisational structuring

Employee Relations & Culture

- Lead employee relations across corporate and branch locations
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with maturity and fairness
- Ensure workplace discipline, ethical conduct, and harmonious employee relations
- Act as a trusted people partner to managers and leadership on sensitive people matters

Performance Management & Productivity

- Drive a KRA/KPI-based performance management system , goal setting, and appraisals




- Support productivity improvement and performance review initiatives
- Partner with leadership to build a performance-driven and accountable culture

Recruitment & Workforce Enablement

- Oversee recruitment execution in coordination with Talent Acquisition teams
- Ensure timely hiring for corporate and branch offices as per manpower plans
- Support onboarding, induction, and workforce integration of new hires

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure complete statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Factory Act, and applicable labour laws
- Maintain compliance documentation and support audits, inspections, and statutory reporting

Leadership Support & HR Analytics

- Support management with HR MIS, dashboards, and people insights
- Track attrition, engagement, productivity, and workforce metrics
- Partner with leadership on employee engagement, succession planning, and organisational development initiatives

Basic Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience
- Solid exposure to employee relations, grievance handling, and discipline management
- Hands-on experience with HR processes, HRMS, and statutory compliance
- Proven ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams

Skill Set

- Strong people-management and employee-relations capability
- Sound understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance
- Emotionally mature, process-oriented , and confident in handling people challenges
- Balanced approach with firm decision-making and empathy
