Role Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead and support talent acquisition strategies, recruitment transformation initiatives, and workforce hiring programs. This role will partner with business leaders, HR teams, hiring managers, and talent acquisition stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while driving recruitment process excellence, candidate experience, and workforce planning outcomes.

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Workforce Planning, or Recruitment Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery

- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.
- Support workforce planning and hiring demand forecasting initiatives.
- Drive recruitment programs to attract high-quality and diverse talent.
- Develop sourcing strategies for critical, niche, and high-volume hiring needs.




- Support internal mobility and talent pipeline development initiatives.
- Manage and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes, including: Requisition Management, Candidate Sourcing, Applicant Screening, Interview Coordination, Offer Management, Hiring and Onboarding Support
- Ensure recruitment processes align with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of recruitment workflows and hiring practices.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Recruitment Technology & Systems

- Ensure accurate recruitment data management and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR technology teams on process automation and system enhancements.
- Develop and analyze recruitment metrics and dashboards
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes and recruitment effectiveness.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Workforce Planning, or Recruitment Operations.
- Robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Workday Recruiting, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, or similar ATS platforms.
- Experience in recruitment transformation or HR technology implementation projects.
- Knowledge of talent intelligence, workforce planning, and talent analytics.
- Professional certifications of Workday Talent Acquisition Specialty
- Experience supporting global and multi-country recruitment operations.
