Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role involves developing and executing visual concepts for the brand across digital and print platforms, including packaging, social media, advertising, and in-store materials.

Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and branding teams to translate campaign ideas and product stories into compelling designs that align with brand guidelines. Typical responsibilities include creating graphics and layouts, refining visual identity elements, preparing production-ready files, managing multiple design projects, and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating brand-focused and product-focused work.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design, with attention to detail and readability across formats.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Ability to interpret briefs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Experience working on beauty, skincare, or consumer goods brands is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Strong communication, time management,



and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Gurgaon.

Job Purpose The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling, brand-consistent creatives for Karrot Cosmetics across digital, social media, website, marketplace, packaging, and performance marketing platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of beauty industry aesthetics, premium design language, and conversion-focused creatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Design Instagram posts, carousel creatives, reel covers, and story creatives.

· Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta Ads & Google Ads.

· Develop banners for website and marketplace listings.

· Design festival & campaign creatives.

· Create A/B testing creatives for performance marketing campaigns.

· Design landing page graphics & offer banners.

· Design product labels, outer boxes & packaging artwork.

· Maintain premium brand identity (Carrot Orange + Beige/White theme).

· Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

· Video editing for Instagram Reels (preferred).

· Work closely with marketing & sales team.

· Ensure timely submission of creatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Number of creatives delivered per day/week.

· Ad creative performance contribution (CTR & ROAS impact).

· Brand consistency maintenance.

· On-time delivery rate.

· Engagement rate improvement on social media.

Required Skills

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.

· Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro / CapCut (preferred).

· Strong understanding of typography & color psychology.

· Knowledge of beauty & skincare design aesthetics.

· Understanding of performance marketing creatives.

· Attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design or related field.

· 1–3 years experience (Beauty / FMCG preferred).

· Strong portfolio mandatory.

· Experience working with D2C brand preferred.
