As a Dynamics Senior Consultant, you will gain in-depth understanding of our target industry and master the modules that we developed for the wire and cable industry. You will take ownership of the InnoVites-specific modules in the Dynamics 365 F&O; implementation and be responsible for the effective cooperation with our partners worldwide. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to make sure the industry best practices are implemented at our customers.

You will need to be hands on in terms of client engagement and technology implementation. Another key aspect of the role will be training and supporting multiple users of Dynamics 365 across the different end users you will be working with, by running workshops and assisting with the training materials.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

· Continuously enhance the understanding of key processes in our target market, the wire and cable industry





· Developing long lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidence

· Working directly with clients to understand their business processes and determining project deliverables and to achieve optimal solutions.

· Hands-on in the implementation of CableERP, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;

· Providing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations demonstrations

· Developing original approaches to improve or replace existing processes and procedures

· Assist in the development of training materials.

· Ensure and maintain quality and functionality.

· Writing functional specifications for clients of high complexity and quality, including complex integrations or significant module changes

· Acting as the translation point between functional and technical teams so that solutions can be developed

· Work with project managers and team leaders to cater for resource change across projects.

· Sharing knowledge with other project team members or other InnoVites functional consultants.

· Carry out additional,reasonable duties as may occur time to time as instructed by your manager or members of senior management.

· Provide inputs for the roadmap of our CableERP solution.

Skills and experience required:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; implementation projects.

· Hands-on experience with large scale ERP projects and managing their implementation.

· In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 F&O; in manufacturing and distribution modules.

· Analytical mindset and organised structure.

· Robust communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to consult face to face.

· Excellent project management skills.

· Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

· Willing to travel abroad.

Qualifications:

· Microsoft certified in:

o Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (Manufacturing, Distribution)

· A Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in any discipline.
