Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Firmware Developer to lead embedded Firmware design and development for industrial, automotive, and IoT products.

The candidate will be responsible for architecture , secure FIrmware implementation, RTOS-based application development, hardware bring-up, debugging, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop embedded Firmware for STM32, MSP430, Cortex A9, Cortex A, and NXP based platforms
- Develop RTOS-based applications using Free RTOS and Azure RTOS Implement secure bootloader and Firmware update mechanisms

- Develop and optimize communication stacks including UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS232, RS485, and FDCAN
- Work on Embedded Linux and Yocto Project environments Implement encryption/decryption and secure Firmware solutions using mbedTLS and STM SBSFU
- Perform Firmware architecture review and code optimization Conduct MISRA C compliance and static analysis using lint tools

Support PCB bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation

Analyze CAN bus communication using PCAN Analyzer and CAN Bus Analyzer tools

- Experience with Microprocessors and Application Processors including NXP i.MX series (i.MX6, i.MX8, i.MX9), Cortex-A series processors, and similar embedded computing platforms
- Embedded Linux BSP development and customization Linux device driver integration and debugging Bootloader development and customization (U-Boot) Yocto Project build conguration and image generation

- DDR, eMMC, SD Card, Ethernet, USB, PCIe,



and display interface bring-up
- High-speed interface debugging and hardware validation Multi-core processor architecture understanding

- Secure boot and trusted execution concepts
- Edge computing and industrial IoT gateway development
- Processor-level performance optimization and system resource management

- Linux shell scripting and system-level debugging

Security and Encryption Skills

- Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) concepts and certicate-based authentication

- Experience with AES-256 / SHA encryption implementation in embedded systems
- Knowledge of symmetric and asymmetric encryption techniques Secure key storage and key management concepts

- Firmware signing and verication mechanisms
- Secure boot and chain-of-trust implementation
- Experience with mbedTLS and embedded cryptographic libraries
- Understanding of TLS/SSL communication security

- Device authentication and secure provisioning concepts
- Secure Firmware update (OTA/FOTA) implementation
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices for IoT and embedded products

- Exposure to hardware security concepts including TPM, Secure Elements, and HSM integration




- Knowledge of secure communication protocols for industrial and IoT systems
- Familiarity with vulnerability mitigation and secure coding practices

MISRA C compliance and static code analysis for secure rmware development

- Collaborate with hardware, cloud, analytics, and application teams Mentor junior rmware developers and support project execution
