Job Role Summary : Shift Production operations, Batch charging, Handling Materials, SAP Entries, Documentation, DCS Operations

Job Profile

- Ensure batch charging & other manufacturing operations should be strictly as per BMR/SOP & in line with current GMP practices while working as shift in charge.
- To maintain manufacturing records online & should comply data integrity practices.
- To handle shift as shift in charge whenever required.
- To operate DCS as supervisor & review DCS alarms.
- To take out sample of intermediate/in-process material and send to IPQC/QC lab.
- To enter and ensure the production related inputs in SAP system.
- Transfer finished goods through “Finished Goods Transfer Note”.
- To Check and ensure minimum stock of consumables, Log books & status labels.
- Ensuring preventive maintenance of all equipment as per schedule.
- Co-ordinate with service departments (QA, QC, stores, E & M)



for various production related activities.
- If any major abnormality found in production area / activities, authorized to stop activity immediately & inform to superiors/production Manager.
- Handle Production related QMS activities

Job Requirements

- Pharma API production operations in regulated environment
- Experience handling DCS operations, SAP entries, cGMP documentation
- Experience handling Distillation Columns, Distributed Control System (DCS),
- Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Type of Experience : Pharma API Production experience

Academic Qualifications

Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, Science
