Job Title: HOTO - Civil

Job Type: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil HOTO qualified to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the real estate industry, specifically in handling the handover and takeover processes for civil projects.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee the handover and takeover process for civil projects
- Ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are in place for a smooth transition
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on civil engineering matters

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the real estate industry, specifically in HOTO processes
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Work Experience

- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent project management skills
