Job Requirements

Role & responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain client information and tracker for projects managed by you which are scheduled for possession
- Address customer inquiries, grievances, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Projects, Legal, Finance, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
- Contribute to customer-focused process improvements and experience initiatives.
- Contribute to customer-focused process improvements and experience initiatives.
- Monitor, assess, and enhance Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores to achieve organizational objectives.
- Handle all customer documentation
- Tracking all documents exchanged with customers at the Site Level
- Assist Customers with account statements or any other paperwork needed for their bank transactions, Possession
- Manage Site Visits
- Manage Customer Escalations at Site
- Handle cancellation retention processes

Possession Planning & Readiness

- Prepare possession strategy and execution plan.
- Develop project-wise possession schedules.
- Monitor milestone-based readiness for each tower and flat.




- Coordinate with all internal stakeholders to achieve possession targets.
- Nair’s flat is checked before visit and flat should b condition with deep cleaned for possession
- If any observations- coordinate with tam to get work done
