Role Description The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead the design, development, and optimization of electrical systems for precision dispensing equipment and related manufacturing solutions.

Responsibilities include creating and reviewing electrical schematics, specifying components, overseeing power distribution and safety compliance, and collaborating with mechanical and software teams to ensure integrated system performance. The role involves troubleshooting electrical issues, supporting installation and commissioning, and improving existing designs based on field feedback and industry standards. The engineer will also mentor junior team members, contribute to documentation,



and coordinate with production and service teams to maintain quality and reliability.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with a solid understanding of industrial applications.
- Candidates should possess experience in Electrical Design, including schematics, component selection, and system integration.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Power Systems and Power Distribution for manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Experience in industrial equipment, automation, or manufacturing systems, preferably in precision dispensing or similar domains.
- Knowledge of applicable electrical standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to use electrical design and simulation tools, and familiarity with PLCs or control systems is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor less-experienced engineers.
