Job Title: Senior DOT net developer

Position: Senior/Lead Software Engineer

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our engineering team and take ownership of building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate has strong full-stack capabilities, hands-on experience with modern containerization/orchestration tools, is comfortable driving test automation and performance validation, and works effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core (8–10)
- Build responsive, component-driven front-end interfaces using React, HTML, and JavaScript (JS/JSX)
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments on Kubernetes, including writing and maintaining Helm charts
- Design and maintain end-to-end test automation suites using Playwright, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter/Locust, analyze results, and identify bottlenecks
- Collaborate with Product, QE, and DevOps teams to deliver features within Scrum sprints




- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following established coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, contributing to root-cause analysis and post-incident improvements
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Backend

- Strong proficiency in API development using .NET Core (versions 8–10)
- Solid understanding of REST principles, authentication/authorization (OAuth2/JWT), and API versioning
- Experience with async/await patterns and concurrency handling

Frontend
- Hands-on experience with React, contemporary JavaScript/JSX, and HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with component-based architecture and state management

DevOps & Infrastructure
- Practical experience with Docker for containerization
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes (deployments, services, ingress, scaling)
- Experience writing and maintaining Helm charts for application packaging/deployment

Quality & Performance Engineering
- Hands-on experience building E2E test automation using Playwright
- Practical experience with performance/load testing using JMeter or Locust, including scripting test scenarios and interpreting throughput/latency/error-rate metrics

Process
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, including sprint ceremonies and story estimation
- Comfortable using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar

General
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Nice to Have
- Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms




- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
- Prior experience mentoring or leading a small team
- Experience integrating automated tests and performance benchmarks
