Role Description The Senior Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer will oversee electrical and instrumentation design, installation, and maintenance for conveyor systems and related industrial equipment.

Responsibilities include developing and reviewing electrical and instrumentation schematics, specifying components, coordinating with mechanical and project engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations. The role involves diagnosing and resolving complex electrical and control issues on equipment, optimizing process control systems,



and supporting commissioning and testing activities at the manufacturing facility and customer sites. The engineer will also prepare technical documentation, support vendor and contractor coordination, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, including power distribution, motor control, and industrial electrical systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Instrumentation and Process Control skills, including sensors, control loops, PLCs, and automation systems.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving electrical, instrumentation, and control-related issues.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, or a closely related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in industrial automation are an advantage.
- Significant experience in heavy industry or material handling systems, preferably in conveyors or bulk handling equipment.
- Knowledge of applicable electrical and safety standards, and experience working in ISO-certified environments.
- Proficiency with electrical CAD tools and instrumentation design software, and familiarity with PLC/SCADA platforms.
- Robust communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and readiness to support on-site commissioning and service activities.
