About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Leader to lead large-scale technology programs and strategic customer engagements. The role requires a strong delivery leader with the ability to manage complex digital transformation projects while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

The ideal candidate should possess broad technical awareness across modern software engineering and AI technologies, enabling meaningful discussions with customers, architects, and engineering teams. In addition to delivery excellence, the role demands strong consulting, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology programs across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Own project execution, delivery quality, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary delivery leader and trusted advisor for key client engagements.
- Engage with customers in a consultative manner, translating business objectives into technology and delivery roadmaps.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts, delivery strategies, project risks, and mitigation plans to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, product, and AI teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Drive governance, project planning, risk management, resource planning, and delivery excellence.
- Build strong relationships with customer leadership and identify opportunities for business growth and account expansion.
- Mentor Delivery Managers, Project Managers,



and engineering teams to build a high-performance delivery organization.
- Champion the adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices and modern software engineering methodologies.

Desired Profile:

- 10-15 years of experience in software delivery, technology consulting, or digital engineering.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise programs involving multiple cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, cloud technologies, Agile delivery, and digital transformation.
- Good awareness of AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and modern engineering practices, with the ability to discuss solution approaches with clients and technical teams.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach.
- Strong program governance, project planning, risk management, and execution capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience leading geographically distributed delivery teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with CXOs, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
