SAP BODS & Syniti ADMM Senior Data Migration Consultant

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Data Migration Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP BODS and Syniti ADMM, along with good functional knowledge of SAP WM, QM, and PP. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end data migration activities across SAP ECC/S/4HANA, including ETL development, mapping, validation, mock loads, cutover, and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage SAP BODS ETL jobs for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Execute end-to-end SAP data migration using Syniti ADMM.
- Perform source-to-target mapping, data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Work on SAP WM, QM, and PP migration objects.
- Support SIT, UAT, mock loads, cutover, and production deployment.




- Troubleshoot and optimize BODS/ADMM migration jobs.
- Coordinate with functional teams, business users, and technical teams.
- Own migration deliverables, timelines, documentation, and client communication.

Required Skills:

- 610 years of SAP BODS / SAP Data Services experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Syniti ADMM.
- Experience in SAP data migration and S/4HANA projects.
- Positive knowledge of WM, QM, and PP.
- Strong SQL, ETL, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation skills.
- Experience with IDOCs, flat files, and staging tables.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
