Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead and manage corporate construction projects from planning through execution. The candidate will be responsible for project delivery, budget control, scheduling, safety compliance, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Management

Lead and manage construction projects by coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet defined milestones.

Budget & Cost Control

Develop and manage project budgets.

Monitor project expenditures and conduct cost forecasting.

Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.

Scheduling & Planning

Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules.

Track progress and implement recovery plans to address delays.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure all site activities comply with safety standards such as OSHA and SHEQ.

Maintain compliance with building codes and company policies.

Quality Control & Inspection

Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections.

Resolve design discrepancies and technical issues.

Contract Administration

Review RFIs, submittals, and change orders.





Manage contracts and negotiate with contractors.

Stakeholder Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and vendors.

Provide regular project updates and progress reports.

Program & Design Support

Support development of design standards and design criteria.

Assist in managing design schedules and procurement packages.

Project Strategy & Coordination

Analyze and recommend alternative project delivery strategies to improve cost, schedule, quality, and coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

10+ years of experience in construction or infrastructure project management.

Solid knowledge of construction project lifecycle, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.

Experience working with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
