We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced GenAI Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have between 8 to 12 years of experience in artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop AI Models: Design, implement, and optimize AI models to solve complex problems and improve business processes.
Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights that can drive decision-making and improve model performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, share progress, and align AI projects with business goals.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor AI models and algorithms to ensure effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to enhance performance.
Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and machine learning, applying recent methods and technologies to current projects for innovation.
