As an Airport Executive, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and guiding them through security protocols. You will also be tasked with ensuring the smooth flow of operations within the airport terminal, coordinating with ground staff, and providing excellent customer service to passengers.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with check-in procedures: You will be responsible for assisting passengers with the check-in process, issuing boarding passes, and ensuring their luggage is properly tagged and loaded onto the aircraft.
Guide passengers through security protocols: You will help passengers navigate through security checkpoints, ensuring compliance with airport regulations and providing assistance as needed.
Coordinate with ground staff: You will work closely with ground staff to ensure the productive flow of operations within the airport terminal, coordinating flight schedules, luggage handling, and passenger boarding.




Provide excellent customer service: You will be the face of the airport, representing the company and providing exceptional customer service to passengers by addressing their queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a pleasant travel experience.

Required Skills and Expectations:
Minimum educational qualification of 10th pass
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and handle stressful situations calmly
Basic knowledge of airport operations and procedures
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
