Key Responsibilities:
Making Outbound Calls: You will contact potential clients to promote our products and services, providing them with accurate information and answering any questions they may have.
Customer Engagement: It is important to build rapport with customers, actively listen to their needs, and gather feedback to improve our service and offerings.
Updating Records: You will maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in order to track progress and follow up effectively.
Meeting Targets: You are expected to meet daily or weekly targets set by management, which may include the number of calls made or leads generated.
Collaborating with Team Members: Working closely with your team to share successful strategies or challenges can help us achieve our goals collectively.
