We are seeking a Store Manager for our location in Kalyan West. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in retail management and will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Store Operations: Manage daily store functions, including inventory management, product displays, and cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping workplace.
Lead Staff: Supervise and train store employees, promoting teamwork and engaging staff to achieve their best performance.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly, fostering customer loyalty.
Sales Management: Monitor sales targets and develop strategies to boost revenues, including promotions and merchandising initiatives.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports and budgets, making adjustments as needed to maintain profitability.
Merchandising:



Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and communication skills to motivate a diverse team. They should have experience in managing inventory and be comfortable using retail management software. A passion for customer service and the ability to resolve issues efficiently is essential. Candidates must also be detail-oriented, organized, and able to analyze sales data to make informed decisions.
