About FaceEcho.aiFaceEcho.ai is building an AI-powered visual intelligence platform spanning health, wellness, skincare and appearance.

Our technology uses guided facial scans, multiple viewing angles, close-up captures and video to generate structured insights and track changes over time.

We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Lead to personally build our B2B pipeline and sign pilot partners across healthcare and health-tech.

This Is a Doer RoleThis is not a sales-management position.

You will personally

- Identify target companies and decision-makers
- Prospect through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking and events
- Use LLMs, AI sales agents and prospecting tools to build pipeline
- Run demos and discovery meetings
- Maintain excellent CRM discipline and follow-ups
- Develop pilot proposals and commercial opportunities
- Negotiate and close pilots
- Travel for customer meetings, conferences and industry events

You will own opportunities from: Prospecting → Meeting → Demo → Pilot Proposal → Negotiation → Signature

No SDR team generates your pipeline. You are expected to create and close opportunities yourself.

Who We Want

- 3–8 years of B2B sales, BD or partnerships experience
- Software, SaaS, AI or technology sales experience strongly preferred
- Computer Science, Engineering or technical background strongly preferred
- Programming/software-development experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of software, APIs and integrations
- Excellent hands-on CRM skills
- Frequent user of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other LLMs




- Comfortable using and learning AI sales agents, prospecting and automation tools
- Comfortable personally making prospecting calls and generating leads
- Strong logical and analytical reasoning
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel regularly
- Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate

Healthcare experience is useful but not mandatory. We would rather hire an excellent technology salesperson who can learn healthcare than a traditional healthcare salesperson who isn't strong with software and AI. Potential PartnersYou will develop pilots with organizations such as:

- Diagnostic labs
- Telehealth providers
- Hospitals and clinic networks
- Healthcare AI/software platforms
- Corporate wellness companies
- Health insurers
- Consumer-health and pharmacy platforms
- Dermatology, skincare and beauty organizations

What Success Looks LikeYour primary objective is simple: Get FaceEcho.ai in front of the right decision-makers, sign high-quality pilots, and help convert successful pilots into commercial partnerships.

We care about results—not the number of emails or calls made.

Compensation & Growth₹18–22 lakh fixed + significant performance incentives + ESOP prospect.

This role can grow into broader commercial leadership as FaceEcho scales.

But initially, we want someone who enjoys personally researching, prospecting, selling, traveling, experimenting with AI tools and closing business.

I think this is much better for LinkedIn. It keeps the important differentiators—3–8 years, doer, technical, CRM, LLMs, AI sales agents, own prospecting, travel, and pilots—while removing most of the repetition.

- I would keep the 10 screening questions separate from the body of the ad rather than making the posting longer with more qualification language.
