We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Faculty to join our team in Ichalkaranji Kolhapur. The ideal candidate will help students improve their English skills and foster a love for the language.

Key Responsibilities:
Teaching English: Conduct engaging classes that cover grammar, literature, writing, and speaking skills. Use creative teaching methods to inspire students and enhance their learning experience.
Curriculum Development: Assist in designing and updating the English curriculum to keep it relevant and effective. Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
Assessing Student Progress: Create and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student performance regularly. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
Facilitating Discussions: Encourage class discussions and group activities that promote critical thinking. Create a secure and inclusive environment for all students to share their ideas.
Mentoring Students: Offer guidance and support to students outside of class,



helping them develop their strengths and address any challenges they may face in learning English.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should hold a post-graduate degree in English or a related field and have between 1 to 7 years of teaching experience. Robust communication skills and a passion for teaching are essential. Applicants must be female and open to a full time, in-office role. The ability to motivate and engage students is crucial for success in this position.
