Key Responsibilities:
Plan and Implement Lessons: Create age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and hands-on activities, helping children to explore and develop their skills.
Support Child Development: Observe and assess children's progress, providing support to help them achieve developmental milestones and build confidence.
Create a Safe Learning Environment: Ensure that the classroom is a safe, welcoming, and nurturing space where children feel comfortable expressing themselves.
Engage with Parents: Maintain regular communication with parents about their children's progress and activities, fostering a solid partnership between home and school.
Promote Social Skills: Encourage children to interact positively with their peers,
