Hostel Manager - Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Hostel Manager to manage daily hostel operations and ensure a protected, clean, and comfortable setting for tenants.

Responsibilities:
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room allocation.
Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
Handle tenant concerns and resolve complaints.
Maintain hostel records and ensure rules are followed.
Monitor cleanliness, safety, and discipline.

Requirements:
Freshers to 2 years of experience in hostel/hotel management.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Responsible, organized, and tenant-friendly.
Ability to handle emergencies and staff effectively.
