Key Responsibilities:
Making Calls: You will reach out to potential customers to introduce our products or services, ensuring transparent communication and understanding.
Providing Information: It's key to answer any questions or concerns that clients may have about our offerings, helping them make informed decisions.
Updating Records: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our database to enhance future communication and follow-ups.
Meeting Targets: You will work towards meeting daily and monthly call quotas, which will help the company grow and improve sales.
